BioChandra is a original character set in the Dark Angel universe. Sadly? She never existed in the series. Hence the original character bit. I'm not James Cameron or Charles Eglee and I don't know them. The girl used for the PB? Chelsea, one of the most gorgeous girls from The Next Pussycat Doll show. Sadly she didn't make it. She should have one. End game.
Chandra is a young woman, who grew up in Seattle. She fights the cause for Trangenic well being and does what she can to help make others see that. She doesn't know eyes only, but knows of his cause, hence the her helping in any way that she can. She's perky sometimes and pushy to get her point across, she rarely takes no for an answer.
She likes to have a good time too, just tends to shy away from people sometimes. It's not often. Don't worry.
